We are excited to introduce the St Lambert Fidelity Card Program, a new initiative to reward your active participation and commitment to our Masonic activities. This program is designed to recognize and appreciate your dedication to the Lodge and its events. Below, you will find all the details about how the Fidelity Card works, the rules, and the exciting gift lists available to you.
Rules
How the Fidelity Card Works
Eligibility:
Every member of St Lambert or Brother visitor will receive a Fidelity Card.
Earning Stamps:
Attend the following Lodge events to earn stamps on your Fidelity Card:
Regular Meetings (For Visitors and St Lamber’s Members)
Masonic Happy Hour (For Visitors and St Lambert Members)
Visitation Committee Activities (St Lambert Members only)
For each event attended, you will receive one stamp on your Fidelity Card.
Redeeming Stamps for Gifts:
Each gift on the Gift List requires a specific number of stamps.
Once you have collected the required number of stamps for a gift, you may request the gift.
The gift will be delivered at the next Regular Meeting.
After redemption, the stamps used for the gift will be marked as “used” on your Fidelity Card.
Two Ways to Obtain St. Lambert Products
Through the Fidelity Card Program:
Collect stamps by attending Lodge events and redeem them for exclusive St. Lambert products from the Gift List. This is a rewarding way to earn unique items while actively participating in Lodge activities.
By Purchase (For Freemasons Only):
If you prefer to acquire St. Lambert products immediately, they are also available for purchase. This option is exclusively available to Freemasons of the Lodge.
In the message section of the e-Transfer, please include:
Your full name.
The product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, and the product will be delivered at the next Regular Meeting or as otherwise arranged.
Important Notes
Stamps are non-transferable and can only be used by the Brother to whom the Fidelity Card was issued.
Gift requests must be submitted in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation.
Unused stamps will carry over to the next cycle, so you can continue to save for larger gifts.
How to Request a Gift
Ensure you have the required number of stamps for the gift you wish to redeem.
Notify the Lodge Secretary or the designated Fidelity Card Coordinator of your gift request.
Your gift will be prepared and delivered at the next Regular Meeting.
